Who we are

Kidnights is run by Circles Co Collective LLC, a Texas company ("we"). These terms are between us and the parent who makes an account ("you").

What Kidnights is, and isn't

Kidnights helps your family see when your kids are with you, based on what you tell us, your custody order and your kids' school calendars. Kidnights is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Your court order always controls. Schedules, school dates and anything read from your order can be wrong; check the order and the school before you make plans or decisions, and talk to a lawyer about legal questions.

Your account

• You must be an adult and a parent or legal guardian (or their spouse or partner) of the kids you add.
• Only upload a custody order you have the right to use. Keep your password and family code private.
• You're responsible for who you share your family link and code with.

Plans and payment

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, your plan is charged every month (or year) to the card you save, until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Intuit Payments Inc. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a charge fails we try again a few times, then pause the account. Pausing never deletes your kids' schedule.
• You can cancel any time in Plan and billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial months.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kidnights to harass anyone, to track a person without their consent, to break a court order, or to try to get into other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You own what you add. You let us store and process it only to run Kidnights for you. You can download it or delete your account any time from Me.

Limits

Kidnights is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed visits, travel costs, court outcomes or other losses from relying on the schedule, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
